Insurance networks often limit assessment time, restrict which concerns qualify for evaluation, and constrain the comprehensive approach needed for accurate diagnoses.

By remaining independent, I can dedicate the necessary time to thoroughly understand your child's unique profile without insurance company constraints on clinical judgment and gold standard, evidence-based evaluation practices.

Payment Information

We'll discuss payment arrangements during your intake appointment. Flexible payment plans are available, including options to split payments across your intake, testing, and feedback sessions.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept:

✓ Payment plans (for balance after deposit)

Many families use their HSA/FSA for the deposit, then work with insurance reimbursement for remaining payments!

What you'll receive:

Detailed superbill with all CPT codes, diagnostic codes, and provider credentials needed for insurance submission
