Comprehensive Neurodevelopmental Evaluations

 

 

 

Our most comprehensive assessment for children with complex challenges or multiple areas of concern. We tailor the specific assessments to your child's unique concerns - we test what matters, not everything.

Ideal when your child's concerns span multiple areas, don't fit one clear category, or when you want a comprehensive roadmap for treatment planning.

  • Initial intake session (1-2 hours with caregivers)

  • Full-day testing session (4+ hours with breaks)

  • Comprehensive cognitive assessment (IQ testing)

  • Academic achievement testing when indicated

  • Specialized autism evaluation tools if concerns are present

  • ADHD and executive functioning measures as appropriate

  • Adaptive behavior and daily living skills assessment

  • Social-emotional and behavioral screening

  • Comprehensive written report with detailed recommendations

  • Feedback session (1-2 hours with caregivers)

  • Follow-up consultation (30 minutes within 30 days)

Focused Neurodevelopmental Evaluations

 

 

 

Targeted assessment for one primary area of concern. We focus deeply on your main concern while screening for related areas.​

 

Choose this when you have a clear primary concern and want in-depth evaluation with targeted recommendations.​

 

What's included:

  • Initial intake session (1-2 hours with caregivers)

  • Focused testing session (2-4 hours with breaks)

  • Core cognitive assessment (IQ testing)

  • Targeted assessment based on your focus area (see below)

  • Targeted written report with specific recommendations

  • Feedback session (1 hour with caregivers)

  • ADHD & Executive Functioning - Attention and executive function measures, behavioral rating scales, continuous performance testing

  • Learning Differences - Academic achievement testing, phonological processing, reading assessments, written language evaluation

  • Early Childhood & Preschool Concerns - Adaptive behavior measures, developmental assessment, behavior rating scales, language and communication measures

  • Autism & Social Communication - Specialized autism diagnostic tools (ADOS-2), social communication measures, adaptive behavior assessment

Testing is designed to be comfortable and engaging for your child, with age-appropriate activities and breaks as needed. You'll receive a comprehensive written report and practical recommendations tailored to your child's needs.
