What to Expect
Starting an evaluation can feel like a big step, and we want you to know you won’t be walking through it alone. From the first phone call to the final feedback session, we’re here to guide you with care and clarity!
Our Approach
We know that seeking an evaluation can feel overwhelming. Parents often come to us carrying both worries and hopes - wanting answers, but also reassurance that their child’s challenges don’t define who they are.

That’s why our approach is built on partnership. We start by listening to your story and learning about your child’s strengths, struggles, and unique personality. We then use thoughtful, evidence-based assessments to uncover what’s really going on, always keeping your child’s individuality at the center.

But testing is only part of the journey. Our role is to give you more than results; it’s to offer clear guidance and practical next steps. Families leave our office not only with answers, but with a plan - and the confidence to move forward.

The Process
Here’s how the process unfolds:

1. Beginning with Your Story – We start by sitting down with you to hear your concerns, your child’s history, and the strengths you see in them every day.
2. Child-Centered Testing Sessions – Your child meets with us in a warm, supportive space where assessments feel more like activities than “tests.” We move at their pace, taking breaks as needed.
3. Careful Review – Behind the scenes, we thoughtfully analyze results to build a full picture of your child’s unique learning, attention, and emotional profile.
4. Sharing Clarity – We meet again to go over results, explain everything in plain language, and answer all your questions. You’ll receive a written report filled with both insights and practical recommendations.

5. Ongoing Support – We don’t just hand you a report and say goodbye. We stay connected - whether that means helping communicate with schools, recommending resources, or checking in as your child grows.
Our goal is simple: For you to leave not only with answers, but with peace of mind and a plan.
